How can you tell if a guy is dating material, even though you feel that you have a strange kind of attraction for him? This is a situation that we have probably all come across at some stage in our lives. When we are single and generally looking and meet someone amongst a group of friends who provides a certain kind of spark in our attention, it is difficult to know what to do.
Your best advice when you are worrying if the guy is dating material or not, is to try and befriend him first. Some of us tend to worry that should we develop a good friendship, this may be at risk if we try and go for something more. When you have decided that someone is dating material don’t be tempted to move immediately to thoughts of whether he is marriage material. There’s nothing wrong with a straightforward, good old-fashioned romance and each party will need several months before they can decide whether the situation is serious or not, so don’t push it!
