I know this sounds silly and does nothing for productivity, but that’s because us guys use our left sided logic too much. If you look at why men are afraid of approaching women, you’ll notice that most of them are afraid because they are too worried about the outcome. We as guys simply care too much about the outcome we don’t want such as being rejected.
Just adjust the way that you think for a moment, and tell yourself so long as you complete the approach and you’re a success, you make things a lot easier for yourself and removes heaps of unwated pressure. This removes the outcome based approach and you will no longer be afraid of rejection, because well, the very act of you approaching is a success to you! If you take my advice and bring this sort of process orientated mentality into other fields of your dating life, you’ll notice a lot of things created by yourself in your head will disappear because you don’t care about the outcome. Once you change the focus to the process and not the outcome, you’ll succeed a lot more because you have no pressure.
Make sure that you do not linger on the OUTCOME as much as you care about the PROCESS!
There is no need to put additional pressure on yourself when there really is no need. Just take it easy because if you don’t succeed, your only building more experience for yourself in the future.
